Research Interest

Hadia's research interest is microfinance sector. Her research study will investigate the impact of growing commercialization of microfinance institutions on social goals, such as poverty reduction.  The thesis will examine both the more commercialized MFIs and less commercialized MF institutions in order to measure their ‘efficiency’ and ‘effectiveness’.

Achievements

  • Awarded Gold Medal for obtaining First Place on the Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme at the Kohat University of Science Technology.
  • PhD Scholarship, awarded by Malakand University under the Faculty Development Program of Higher Education Commission, Pakistan.
