Biography

Previous appointments include Senior UK Economist at Oxford Economic Forecasting Limited and Visiting Fellow in PSERC at this University. Has acted as a consultant to a number of organisations including the European Parliament, European Commission and the Department of the Environment, Transport and Regions.

Research Interests

Mark has extensive research and consultancy experience, specialising in the areas of data analysis and forecasting. He has written articles on regional development, European integration and economic forecasting. His current research interests include exporting and business performance, infrastructure and economic development, teamworking, and European integration.
