University of Leicester management expert contributes to major study of Britain’s workplaces
Arnaud Henneville graduated with an MBA from the School of Management in 2007 and has since set up Challengera.com, a social platform that is predicated on the idea that the posing of a challenge and the accomplishment of that challenge is a means to bring people together. Challengera went live in November 2012 and in less than a month has entered 40 countries.
Routine and transient levels of work-non work interference mediate the effect of job demands on well-being is the major finding of a new study by Stephen Wood (with George Michaelides, Birkbeck London University and Peter Totterdell, University of Sheffield).
