Institute of Lifelong Learning

The Institute of Lifelong Learning encompasses a range of activities including adult learning, professional development, research, and social, cultural and artistic events, as well as the counselling and psychotherapy programme.

The Institute aims to work closely with partners in the region, including further education colleges, private companies, public-sector organisations and voluntary bodies, to meet their education and training needs and to disseminate research findings.

Colleges-University of Leicester Network (CULN)

Comprising 19 Further Education Colleges and three Higher Education Institutions across the East and West Midlands, the Colleges-University of Leicester Network exists to optimise collaboration between Further and Higher Education Institutions for the benefit of staff and learners.

Course Fees and Funding

No upfront fees - all eligible part-time students can now get a government-backed tuition fee loan, which is only repayable if you are earning more than £21,000 per annum. More information on tuition fee loans
