  • Credit, Debt & Consumer Protection
    Research agenda on issues in European Consumer Protection and, in particular, on protecting the vulnerable in financial transactions.
  • Financial Regulation & Commercial Law
    Drawing from the fields of law, economics and political science, this group and provides an international forum for the exchange of ideas on issues of law and public policy with respect to the regulation of financial markets and institutions and commercial law in national, EU and international level.
  • Human Rights
    The approach of this group is primarily legal, they also share an interest in human rights theory. The topics studied include terrorism, poverty, labour rights, social rights, globalisation, and the role of NGOs.
  • Internal Market

    A forum where its members can meet on a regular basis to discuss current developments in internal market law, as well as the progress of scholarly research in this area.

  • Labour Law
    The interests of this group embraces a wider range of issues which have impact upon labour law, for example, citizenship, social security, migration.
  • ToMaS
    Analysing the changes which have taken place from the 1980s in Europe in relation to the role of the State in providing goods and services (for example telecommunications, transport, postal and utility services, often through public monopolies) as well as the traditional welfare goods and services (for example, education, healthcare social security).
