Nicholas Green QC

Nicholas Green is a practising barrister who is a member of Brick Court Chambers in London http://www.brickcourt.co.uk/silks/nicholas-green-qc.asp He was called to the Bar in 1986 and appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1998. He was appointed a Bencher of the Inner Temple in 2002, and appointed as a Recorder in 2004.

His principal areas of legal practice are European Law and Public and Administrative Law, as well as competition law and regulatory law generally. He appears regularly before the English courts, the Privy Council, domestic and international arbitral panels, public and Governmental enquiries and tribunals, the United Kingdom Competition Commission and the Competition Appeals Tribunal, as well as the Court of First Instance and the Court of Justice of the European Communities.

He is also a Visiting Professor at the University of Durham.
