Martin Petrin’s teaching and research interests focus on company, business, commercial, and tort law, often from a comparative perspective. He holds doctoral degrees from both the University of California, Los Angeles and the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland and an LL.M. from Columbia University. Martin has practised law with a leading international business law firm and is admitted to the Bar in New York and Switzerland.
