Research Interests
Henry's research is in the areas of legal theory and international law. His PhD research is particularly focused on the failures of liberalism in international law making. He is currently concerned with the early development of modern liberal theory by theorists such as Kant, Locke and Grotius. Henry teaches on the Analysing Law course.
