Biobele joined Leicester in September 2009 as a Graduate Teaching Assistant.

Research Interests

Biobele’s research field is public international, in particular, diplomatic law and the law of armed conflict. Her PhD is concerned with examining humanitarian intervention by regional organisations with a focus on West Africa and the legality of interventions undertaken by the Economic Community of West African State’s Monitoring Group (ECOMOG) in Liberia, Sierra Leone and Guinea Bissau.
