Alex Mack
I graduated from the University of Leicester in 2003 with a Masters
in Astrophysics and took the opportunity to engage in some Physics
module problem design over the summer. After this I joined the Centre
for Interdisciplinary Science as an administative assistant.
I help with the Centre's Outreach Programme - both in liaison with teachers and in the activities themselves, where we visit local schools to give local students the opportunity to participate in a problem based learning exercise in an interdisciplinary area.
I also prepare student documents and timetables, process incoming applications and handle queries regarding the course and the Centre. I have also been involved in the writing and facilitation of the undergraduate modules.
Outside of work, I enjoy writing, and performing: theatre and music.
