The Department has a considerable range of expertise and research interests. Please see our Research Pages for information about research interests in the department.
Postgraduate students have full access to research equipment and facilities within the department and contribute significantly to our research output. PhD projects involve a 3-4 year research period with a specific supervisor/s. The MSc course in Infection and Immunity has a formal taught element as well as a 6 month research project.
