The New History Lab

Celebrate the diverse range of history being studied in the School along with tea and homemade cake!

NEW: AHRC Fully Funded Doctoral Studentships in History

The School of History is now advertising three new fully funded Postgraduate Studentships and would like to hear from potential students interested in working with major partners (the British Library and the National Maritime Museum) on these exciting projects. Full details can be found on the CDP page.

Boughton House and Lamport Hall Internship

The School of History is pleased to announce the opening of an internship scheme in collaboration with Buccleuch Living Heritage Trust and Lamport Hall Preservation Trust to assist a student at the University of Leicester reading for one of the MA programmes offered by the Department of History both financially and to give them experience working in an historic house on a country estate. Applications are welcome and further details are available
