Part-time researcher workshop - 30 May 2012

Are you a part-time PhD researcher? Come along to this very useful day of training, held at the University of Birmingham, to find out about a range of topics related to part-time research.

The day will include:

  • The experiences of previous researchers who have completed PhDs on a part-time basis
  • Getting to know other part-time researchers from different universities and establishing a network of contacts
  • Discussion about part-time research issues (problems and opportunities)
  • Structuring your PhD thesis
  • Planning to manage your time during your PhD research
