The University's structured "needs-based" approach to Researcher Development Training will help you make the most of the opportunities available.

To help you do this, your Researcher Development Training will follow a four stage model:

• thinking about your training needs
• developing a training plan
• undertaking relevant training
• reviewing your progress and updating your training plan

Undertaking a training needs analysis is an important first step and through this you will identify what skills you will need training in.
