Research interests
Include radiogenic isotope and trace element studies of lavas from Southern and East Africa, the Islands of the Indian Ocean, Iceland, Skye, Arran, The Azores, Patagonia and the Andes; also electron probe studies of lavas from East Africa, the Azores and kimberlite dykes from West Greenland. Sedimentary geochemistry of black shales.
