GENIE Inherited genetic disease tutorial using a virtual laboratory
This tutorial takes part in Second Life where GENIE has built a virtual genetics laboratory. Students can screen for three genetically inherited diseases: Huntington's, sickle cell and cystic fibrosis. The virtual labs enable self-directed study by means of questions and answers and 3D animations.
