Centre for New Writing; Writers' Retreat

NEW: WRITERS’ RETREAT

It takes a second to fire an arrow, twenty years to make it fly true.

The Centre for New Writing is pleased to announce its Writers’ Retreat, which will take place on 27 and 28 March, 2017. Led by creative writing specialists from the University of Leicester, the sessions focus forensically on literary craft and form. There will be group sessions, tailored individual feedback and writers' talks. Places are limited to 12.

The Retreat will be held at Lake Isle Hotel   in the peaceful market town of Uppingham, Rutland. The Lake Isle hotel is easily reached by public transport and close to several nature reserves.
