MSc Courses
Postgraduate Study is an integral part of the teaching activities that take place in the Department of Engineering. At present, there are approximately 50 taught postgraduate students in the Department from a wide range of backgrounds, with students from the UK, India, Pakistan, China, Israel, Iran enrolled in the programmes.
The Department of Engineering offers an extensive range of postgraduate study courses. Full-time and part-time campus-based postgraduate taught courses are available in a variety of disciplines. Part-time courses, however, are only available to Home/EU students owing to visa restrictions.

MRes Engineering
A Masters of Research course is available in the Department of Engineering. This one-year degree will allow you to explore an area of Engineering research which you have previously explored at undergraduate level, through an in-depth research project. The Study With Us page for the course provides more information.
