On Friday 22nd January 2010 the MSc students from 2008/09 graduated from the Department of Engineering at the University of Leicester.

A number of awards were presented by Professor John Fothergill, Head of Department:

above: Sinan Kandemir was presented with the award for the distinction level student with the highest overall mark in the Masters programme of Advanced Mechanical Engineering.

above: Waljinder Singh Gill was presented with the award for the distinction level student with the highest overall mark in the Masters programme of Advanced Control and Dynamics Engineering.

above: Arjun Prakash was presented with the award for the distinction level student with the highest overall mark in the Masters programme of Advanced Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

Awards for students not in attendance at the ceremony were:

Sapto Wibowo: the award for the distinction level student with the highest overall mark in the Masters programme of Embedded Systems and Control Engineering.

Mukesh Kumat Maheshwari: the award for the distinction level student witht he highest overall mark in the Masters programme of Information and Communications Engineering.
