Overview
This practical and relevant course will provide you with the opportunity to deepen and broaden your knowledge, skills and understanding of mentoring and coaching in an educational setting.
Whether you are working with PGCE students, NQTs or more experienced colleagues, this course will help you support those you are mentoring in an effective way.
Course Aims
The course will:
- introduce you to the principles of coaching and mentoring;
- facilitate discussion of relevant research in this area;
- provide opportunities to practise and develop your skills in a supportive atmosphere.
