Overview

This course is intended for experienced and aspiring leaders alike and will give participants the opportunity to reflect upon and examine the features of leading and managing in a wide range of educational settings.

 

 

Course Aims

This course will:

  • Explore the challenges of leading and managing educational organisations.
  • Look at current and historical principles and practices of leadership and management.
  • Provide illustrations of differing approaches to change and improvement.
  •  Be informed by a range of local and international perspectives on leadership, management and change.
  • Be based around practical interests.
