A Postgraduate Certificate Course for headteachers, senior managers, curriculum leaders, or teachers considering entering these roles in the next few years.

Overview
This course is intended for experienced and aspiring leaders alike and will give participants the opportunity to reflect upon and examine the features of leading and managing in a wide range of educational settings.
Course Aims
This course will:
- Explore the challenges of leading and managing educational organisations.
- Look at current and historical principles and practices of leadership and management.
- Provide illustrations of differing approaches to change and improvement.
- Be informed by a range of local and international perspectives on leadership, management and change.
- Be based around practical interests.
