Continuing Professional Development for Teachers

We are highly committed to Continuing Professional Development here at the School of Education. We offer relevant, enjoyable and challenging CPD courses for teachers covering a wide range of curriculum and specialist subjects.

Continuing Professional Development Programmes:

We offer the MA in Education: Learning and Teaching as a valuable part-time route to a Masters degree for teachers and other education professionals, alongside a number of innovative Postgraduate Certificates.

The 60 credit Postgraduate Certificate courses can be taken as valuable free-standing qualifications in their own right, or as part of the MA in Education: Learning and Teaching.

You will have the opportunity to share ideas with colleagues from different local authorities, to use excellent library and computer facilities and will have the possibility of accreditation to give you 60 CATA points towards a Masters degree.

Download the 'MA in Education: Learning and Teaching and Postgraduate Certificates' brochure for information on courses running in 2012-13 (PDF file)
