The Centre for Labour Market Studies undertakes research, training and postgraduate teaching in the study of work, organisations, employment, skills and learning. With an international reputation for research and academic excellence, which also informs policy-making and practitioner communities, the Centre provides an academic environment where students from around the world engage in informed debate, develop their knowledge and skills, and contribute to a wider understanding of their subject area. Postgraduate students are an integral part of the academic life of the Centre. As a postgraduate researcher at CLMS, you will be asked to contribute to the advancement of knowledge within the Centre and will receive support to undertake your research training, complete your dissertation or thesis and publish your findings.
