I’m thinking of taking a gap year between leaving school/college and starting university. Will this be a problem?
No. Applicants are increasingly choosing to take a gap year, either to earn before starting studies, or to take advantage of cheap student travel around the world. We recommend you apply to us in your last school year and defer entry for a year if you wish to take a gap year. Taking a gap year allows students to travel or earn some money before beginning their degree, and many students
benefit enormously from this experience, which is sometimes - but not always - in an area connected with their future studies.
That way, you can enjoy your gap year safe in the knowledge that you have a place reserved on one of our courses.
Is there any English Language support for international students?
Yes, more information is available from the International Students web pages.
