The members of Leicester University Chemical Society are delighted to announce the first in a series of sixth form lectures.  The University of Manchester’s Flash Bang Show will be presented by university reader Dr Sarah Heath at 5 pm on Wednesday 7th December in Bennett Lecture theatre 1 at the University of Leicester.

Refreshments will be provided after the talk and students of Leicester University Chemical Society will be available to provide an informal opportunity for sixth form students to ask questions about what it is really like to study for a degree in chemistry.  Campus tours by members of the ChemSoc can also be arranged for groups of students on request (either before or after the lecture).

We hope that you will encourage your students to attend what will be an excellent light hearted evening of chemical fun.

Admission is by ticket only (£1 admission fee to be paid on the door).  Parking can be arranged for minibuses / coaches as required.
