Duration (years): Three years full-time or four years with a year in industry/abroad
The Medical Microbiology degree will give you a thorough understanding of the range, type, structure and physiology of infectious organisms that cause disease in humans, including the major microbial diseases.
This degree will allow you to study within a department which contains both research and clinical scientists involved in patient management. You will be taught by both and introduced to the clinical enviornment.
