Leicester academic considers the relationship between state fragility and forced migration

Dr Kelly Staples has had her research published in the newest issue of Forced Migration Review, available here

In the article, she argues that governance and the rule of law should be vital considerations in attempts to deal with forced migration in fragile states such as Democratic Republic of Congo.
