The main theme of the meeting was a further discussion on the theme of 'Stretch & Challenge' and consideration of the putative psychological profile of the type of student we would like to see on our courses.

It was felt that a closer linkage with the Leicester Award scheme would be helpful, but also that we need to investigate students' motivation for study - a follow-up for the 'Why am I here?' study.      

Chris Cane provided an introduction to the Web PA tools for peer and self-assessment.
