Postgraduate Opportunities
Postgraduates have full access research equipment and facilities within the Department and contribute to a significant part of the research output. PhD projects involve 3 to 4 year research period with a specific supervisor (plus co-supervisors for some interdisciplinary projects). One year MSc courses have a formal taught element as well as a 6 month research project.
