The Midlands Biophysics Network represents a co-operative of scientists affiliated with research universities in the Midlands. Network participants share an active interest in studying biological phenomena at the cellular and molecular level, using various biophysical methods and technologies. In establishing the Midlands Biophysics Network we seek to foster scientific excellence and cooperation  across the region by

1.    Sharing expertise within the Network and beyond

2.    Raising awareness of experimental capabilities in biophysics

3.    Facilitating full exploitation of existing research infrastructure

4.    Inducing and promoting scientific and technological advances in biophysics
