Design for openness: A workshop on Open Educational Resources
Are you interested in Open Educational Resources (OERs)? Would you like to know how OERs can enhance the learning experience of your students? Are you attracted to the idea of turning your teaching materials into Open Educational Resources? Then consider attending our Design for Openness workshop.
Research shows that making available digitized teaching and learning materials freely and openly available on the internet can increase student enrolment and also boost the web visibility of institutions and academic departments.

-
To introduce participants to Creative Commons licences
-
To showcase and offer examples from international and national repositories hosting OERs
-
To share techniques and tools for assessing the impact of Open Educational Resources
