- This Folder contains material from the Knowledge Cafe session run by Gilly Salmon at the OnlineEduca 2006 conference in Berlin on Thursday, 30th November. The focus of the session was threefold, namely: (a) influencing European Commission programmes from the ground up; (b) the impact that e-learning can have on the development of European programmes; and (c) who actually decides where the priorities lie and the links into local activities.
