A video produced by Dr Paul Rudman outlining the SWIFT project was voted Best Educational Machinima and People's Choice at the 4th annual Virtual Worlds Best Practice in Education Conference (VWBPE) held in the virtual world of Second Life earlier this month.

The SWIFT video was shortlisted by a panel of independent judges in the Best Educational Machinima category and subsequently emerged victorious in the public vote.

In the final award to be announced, the SWIFT Video attracted the most votes from amongst 22 entrants to claim first place as the People’s Choice.
