Four members of Beyond Distance are travelling to Pretoria, South Africa, to take part in Unisa's Teaching and Learning Festival in September.

The Beyond Distance team will run a week of workshops for delegates on topics such as podcasting, e-moderating, the social web, research models, and feedback and assessment strategies. The audiences will be a mix of Unisa staff and delegates from Africa.

Unisa is the largest university in South Africa and one of the largest distance education institutions in the world.
