Lin Foxhall was educated at Bryn Mawr College, the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Liverpool. She has also held posts at Oxford University and University College London. She is the lead on the major Tracing Networks Project funded by the Leverhulme Trust and is co-director to the Bova Marina project in southern Italy. From the academic year 2012-13 she is Head of School.
