Best new paper of 2011 prize awarded to Education lecturer

We are delighted to announce Dr Joan Smith, from our School of Education, has been awarded best new paper of 2011

Dr Joan Smith

The prize was awarded by the editorial board of the Educational Management Administration and Leadership which is the journal of the British Educational Leadership, Management and Administration Society.

The prize was awarded for Dr Smith's paper on 'Agency and Female Teachers' Career Decisions: A Life History Study of 40 Women'.
