Blue Plate red array
Blue, red and far-red l.e.d. strips are fitted alternately to a polycarbonate sheet which is then slotted into the upper part of an incubator cubicle. Each wave length is individually controlled by a time switch giving extended versility. This image shows blue only. Used by the Dept of Biology for research into plan growth.
