Develop your workforce through our graduate internships scheme - free recruitment service plus a £2k grant subsidy

At the University of Leicester, we are renowned for our excellent research and teaching. We are proud of our graduates, the next generation of smart people and professional workforce of today and tomorrow.  We have thousands of graduates ready and willing to work in your company bringing with them fresh ideas, creativity, passion, and drive along with funding.  At Leicester we have a great track record for identifying and matching the right graduate skills with the right business need.

Graduate Internships are a low-risk, low-cost and flexible ‘needs led’ way to develop your business ideas and workforce. Our bright graduates will work in the company full-time on your specific projects/tasks as determined by you.  Our graduates bring expertise in a range of areas including marketing, research, web design, engineering and much, much more.

What we offer

Typically three-months full-time in length, the graduate works within your organisation and fulfilling projects/tasks set by you, the employer.

We can pay up to £2,000 towards the cost of the internship from the University significantly reducing the cost of taking on a graduate intern and provide free administrative and recruitment service before and during the internship.

Previous internships include: designing a marketing strategy; designing a new product, developing a website; delivering search engine optimisation, events management and research work to name a few.  The flexibility of the provision means you can take on a graduate intern anytime throughout the year.

What are the benefits to you?
