Understanding HD video

Having recently purcahsed a HD camcorder the Panasonic HDc-HS100. I am now having to learn about the formatting and editing of HD video.

The formats of HD video are:

 

I have also recently purchased Adobe Premiere Elements to do video editing. I have only just started using this. The HD tips include:

  1. ensure HD project type is selected when starting
  2. You Tube HD size 1220 - 750 (16:9)
  3. Export type Quicktime - H.264 - 1:1
