Research Interests:
Interrogative suggestibility, compliance and false confessions; personality and individual differences; behavioural genetics; detecting malingering on forensic assessments.

Consultancy work and professional involvement:

 

I have provided my research findings for use as evidence on a couple of cases of alleged wrongful conviction for:

The Innocence Project New York (06/06/07) and PAFAA (People against False Accusations of Abuse) (20/08/07-05/03/08)

 

These cases involved disputed complainant evidence and possible false confession.
